Day 1

I’m finally ready to start. However, I’ve decided that while I am still going to try to eat a mostly raw vegan diet, allowing myself to have some cooked foods and yogurt seems to be best for my body and my skin.

So today begins the day that I transition. Onto what I ate today:

Chobani Yogurt and Blueberry flax granola from M.O.M

2 oranges

1 avocado (so far)

2 handfulls of spinach

Thats just breakfast and lunch. I havent decided what to have for dinner but the time is nearing and I have some ideas.

Oh and I also made my first green smoothie!! and boy was it super yummy

3 handful of spinach

1 banana

1/2 cup watermelon juice

1 cup water

Very simple and very delicious.  I will definitely try this one again. Anyhoo, Honey’s roommate from Rutgers will be traveling here with his girlfriend tomorrow night to stay for the weekend. I’m not excited about cleaning up the apartment but I am excited about going to see Alice and Wonderland  tomorrow night.
